Images Containing Text Used As Hyperlinks
Images containing text and also act as hyperlinks must have alt text with the exact same text AND must say what the purpose of the link is. The following image is a link. It has alt text of "WebAIM - Web Accessibility in Mind links to the WebAIM Homepage".
