Possible online services disruption due to Internet related outage
Legislative Requirements
Illinois is governed by both Federal and State legisltation requiring specific information to be included on all public web sites. In regards to content requirements, within the AEM platform, this is accomplished by the use of the Statewide header/footer and our pre-built content blocks. However, if you are authoring your own platform or hosting outside our enterprise platform these requirements must be observed by the developer and authors.
Structure and compliance requirements are the responsability of both the platform and the content author to ensure. With the enterprise platforms, DoIT WCM will ensure that modules are compliant provided the content supplied by authors is compliant. For those working outside the Enterprise, this is another topic item that must be addressed. The State of Illinois uses both manual and automated review of websites to monitor compliance for some compliancy categories.
