Possible online services disruption due to Internet related outage

A worldwide technology outage is causing disruption to some State of Illinois online systems.  We are aware of this issue and are diligently working on restoration.

How to Request Access To AEM

To ensure proper handling, all requests must be submitted as a General Request through the IT Service Request system. It can not be an Adobe Experience Manager request.  It can not be an IT to IT request or an incident.

Current AEM Website

If your agency currently has a website on the AEM platform, submit an IT Service Request for access, include the URL of the website(s) maintained, the level of access for each user, and each user's email address.  Ask for the request to be routed to DoIT EAS Content Management.

Migrating to AEM

If your agency’s website is not on the AEM platform and you are considering migration, have your agency ATSR submit an IT Service Request for a possible website migration. Provide comprehensive details about your current website, including:

  • Site inventory: number and types of files (PDF, DOCX, Etc.)
  • Storage space used
  • Functionality to provide information and what data sources drive this information
  • Update frequency and method

Ask for the request to be routed to EAS Content Management.

We primarily host *.illinois.gov websites, following federal guidelines to use the Illinois.gov domain.

New Website Request

If your agency needs a new website, have your agency ATSR submit an IT Service Request. Include detailed information:

  • Website’s purpose
  • Target audience
  • Desired functionalities.

Ask for the request to be routed to EAS Content Management.
