How to Request Access To AEM

If your agency currently has a website on the AEM platform, submit an IT Service Request for access to AEM with the website(s) you support, along with a comment to route the request to DoIT EAS Content Management.

If your agency has a website but is not on the AEM platform, and you want to discuss migrating it to the AEM platform, have your agency ATSR submit an IT Service Request requesting a possible website migration.  Provide as many details about your current website as possible.  Information like site inventory as far as how many files (pdf, doc, HTML broken by file extension) the site has; how much storage space; what functionality is used to provide information and what data source is driving this information; how often the site is updated, how is it updated?  Ask for the request to be routed to EAS Content Management.  We are looking to primarily host *.illinois.gov websites and federal direction is to utilize the Illinois.gov name for our properties moving forward.

If your agency wants a new website, have your agency ATSR submit an IT Service Request requesting a new website.  Provide as many details as possible about the purpose of the website, who is the audience, what functionality is desired, etc.  Ask for the request to be routed to EAS Content Management.
