Agency Alerts
Agency, or Sitewide Alerts, are configured from the Agency Header component, which is only editable on pages created with the Home Page template. When configured, an alert banner is created that shows up on all pages of the agency website. It appears directly below the Global Alert to display multi-site announcements.
The Agency Alerts are authored from the "Alert" tab on the Agency Header component.
To edit this component, you must be editing a home page-templated page, where the Agency Header component is able to be edited.
- Open the Agency Header component and navigate to the Alerts tab
- Click on the Add button to add as many alerts as needed.
- Utilize the RTE Text field to enter the alert banner's text for each alert, as-needed.
