Press Release
Description
Press Release is a dynamic component that automatically updates based on the incoming press release. So any time your users click on a press release article from the News Feed component, they can open up the dynamic press release page with updated content.
Authoring
The Press Release component can be put into a page created with any templates. Given it is a component that dynamically renders based on the incoming press release, every site only needs to create such page once, typically with the Open Page Template.
The page created needs to be underneath the folder structure of /content/soi/*AGENCY*/en/news/ where *AGENCY* is the agency acronym used.
Example: /content/soi/coronavirus/en/news/press-release
Once the page is created, you just need to add a Press Release component onto the page with no additional configurations. Just remember to link the dynamic press release display page to any News Feed component created with an IIS feed.
Note that in the example below, nothing is displayed because the dynamic component is not receiving any incoming link. Go to the sample dynamic page to see the actual rendering of the component.
