Chatbot
Description
Chatbot is a feature that can be enabled from the website home page. Once turned on, the Chatbot component will appear near the Footer on all pages.
Authoring
The Chatbot component is a simple configuration that can be enabled at the home page level. To turn the Chatbot on, you need to go to the home page, navigate to the Footer and click on the enable chatbot for agency option.
Configuring the Chatbot Setup tab
- For Chatbot to work, you need an chatbot agency ID. Reach out to the DoIT team if you have questions about your agency's chatbot ID.
- You can give the Chatbot a title.
- You can configure the Chatbot welcome message.
Configuring the Chatbot Embed on your home page
- In addition to the Chatbot that appears near the footer, you can add a Chatbot open dialog on a page by adding a Chatbot Embed component on page.
- This component will work only if the Chatbot is enabled and configured properly at the Footer.
