Events Feed
Events feed is a component that displays a collection of events from within AEM.
The Events Feed component is a great way to show recent events on a home page or landing page.
Configuring the Properties tab
- Feed Type: Select to show Upcoming Events, Past Events, or events from a specific time frame.
- Leaving the Start and End Date fields empty will display all events within the selected event source path.
- Events Page Path: Enter the AEM events root path where all the events pages live.
- Event Type: Set the Filter tag for events to be grabbed. Navigate to /State of Illinois/ILGAgency/[Your agency's acronym]/Events Type, which is a tags folder storing all your agencies' events type tags.
- Number of items: Configure the number of events you want to display.
- View More Link: Enter the view more link, which should usually go to the calendar page or search events page.
- View More Title: Enter the text to display for the View More Link.
- No Upcoming Events Text: Enter a message for the no data fetched scenario.
