Carousel
Description
Carousel is a component allows authors to nest several components such as teasers or images.
Authoring
The Carousel component is best used when multiple items are added to it. Once configured, users can view a carousel of slides which either automatically or manually transitions.
Configuring the Items tab
- Add as many items as needed, where each item will take up one panel.
Configuring the Properties tab
- Enable automatically transition slides as needed.
- If enabled, set up the transition time.
- By default, the Carousel pauses on hover. But you can disabled that.
Configuring the Accessibility tab
- Enter an aria label as needed.
Selecting a panel
- Use the select panel option on the component toolbar to change to a different panel for editing as well as to easily rearrange the order of the panels within the Carousel.
- Tapping or clicking an entry in the dropdown, switches the view in the editor to that panel.
