Global Header
Description
Global Header is the first component to appear on any page, aside from the illinois.gov website which has its own header. It appears directly above the Agency Header.
Authoring
The Global Header is authored as an experience fragment so it can be used across all pages.
To edit this component, special author access is required. If you are a system administrator, click on the experience fragment icon on the AEM author home page, locate the Global Header fragment you wish to edit, and make changes to the logo or links as needed. Once the experience fragment is published, changes are automatically reflected on all pages that contain it.
Note that the color of the Global Header varies based on the theme selected. To change from one theme to another, you can go to the your website's home page properties. Under the Illinois tab is an option to switch the entire site's theme.
