Form

Description

AEM Form is a component that allows the embedding of Adaptive Form or Interactive Communication assets. It does not allow authoring of the embedded asset's components.

Authoring

The AEM Form component allows you to add Adaptive Form or Interactive Communication assets onto the page.

  • Select either Adaptive Form or Interactive Communication for the Asset Type.
  • Input the Asset Path for the asset to be embedded.
  • Configure optional post-submission actions, including displaying a thank you message or page, and an option to refresh on submission.
  • Configure page language usage and whether to set focus on the asset by default.
  • Select a theme, and whether the form covers the width of the page.
  • Specify a height if required.
  • Add CSS client libraries, a title, or an aria label if required.
