A worldwide technology outage is causing disruption to some State of Illinois online systems.  We are aware of this issue and are diligently working on restoration.

Service Listing

Description

Service Listing is a component designed to showcase a grid of up to 9 Illinois service cards.

Authoring

The Service Listing component displays a grid of cards where each card represents an Illinois service.

Configuring the Properties tab

  • Enter a title.
  • Enter the search button label and link to the search results page for your site.
  • Add an icon for the search button as needed.
  • Choose a background color for the service cards.
  • Hide the agency label as needed.
  • Hide the description as needed.

Configuring the Services tab

  • Enter the service fragment path, which should be where all the fragments reside.
  • Filter by content category or audience tags as needed. To do so, you need to navigate to /State of Illinois/Content Category or /State of Illinois/ILGAudience respectively.
  • Building the list with a root folder will sort the service cards by Adobe Analytics page views. Alternatively, you can bump up to 9 service cards to the top by manually selecting them.
  • Choose the destination of the cards. If this component is used on Illinois.gov, select Illinois.gov. You would have to configure the path to the dynamic agency page, which should always be /content/soi/illinois/en/services/service.
  • If this component is used on any agency sites, select site link, which will prompt your users to the site link configured as part of the service fragment.

Configuring the Styles

  • Select center aligned as needed so the card text is centered.
  • Select white text as needed if a dark background color is authored for the cards.
