Service Listing

Description

Service Listing is a component designed to showcase a grid of up to 9 Illinois service cards.

Authoring

The Service Listing component displays a grid of cards where each card represents an Illinois service.

Configuring the Properties tab

  • Title: Set the title for the listing.
  • Search Link Label: (CTA) Displayed text for Search link.
  • Search Link: Destination page for the Search link.
  • Icon: Set an Icon to display with the Search Link CTA.
  • Service Card Background Color: Set a background color to be applied to each service card.
  • Hide Description: When checked, will hide the description for the Service.
  • Hide Agency Label: When checked, will hide the agency label overlayed on the image for each service card.

Configuring the Services tab

  • Service Fragments Path: Enter the service fragment path, which should be where all the fragments reside.
  • Agencies Tags: Select one or multiple agency tags, located within the ILGAgency tag set.
  • Audience Tags: Filter by audience tags, as needed. Tags are located within State of Illinois > ILGAudience. 
  • Content Category Tags: Filter by content category tags, as needed. Tags are located within State of Illinois > Content Category.
  • Manually Add Service Fragment: This section lets users add individual Service Fragments from different directories. Manually added fragments will override the Service Fragments Path set.
  • Choose Destination: If this component is used on Illinois.gov, select Illinois.gov. Use Site Link for Agency pages. You would have to configure the path to the dynamic agency page, which should always be /content/soi/illinois/en/services/service.
  • Max Items: Determine the maximum number of items to display. Leave this field blank to display all items.

Configuring the Styles

  • Style Variations "Center Aligned" centers text in the cards.
  • Style Variations "White Text" makes all text in the cards white.
